Off to a good start. I would make the title a bit smaller: "Learn how to play.."

width:1100px is a bit wide for many screens. Woud come down to 985 or lower to suite most.

but then my table won't centre

On the http://www.art-affairs.com/posters.html page the link to find over 5000 posters doesn't open in a new window and so moves the user away from your website.

I think I would be tempted to open that link in a new page.

The posters link on the same page, bottom right gives a 404 error.

I mean the bottom left re: the posters link, I'm having a bad day.

Not sure on the table part. But your background image is around 36px to wide on either side with white space. This might of been throwing your table off
if you was using the centre in browser facility.

If you start from left to right and keep the width under control,
then better chances that your pages would be able to accommodate almost all screen sizes.

The problem you can have on smaller screen is the right side. The same goes for resolution.

Plus Acoustic Guitar
and Rocket Piano don't have title on them.

Other than, looks fine.

On a smaller note, Team Method Guitar has different color to it. Just wonder. Doesn't mean much.
