I would suggest making your bottom links hover in a different color while you should also remove the underline for the static link text. This is purely to make it easier on users as well as SE as they see the different colors are more important and give you better value.

Also, you should not have the page titles the same for each page. each page is different and needs a different title, description and key words.

use this meta tag analyzer. It's pretty good but it's free so it has it's short comings but still good enough to help direct you.
