Hello all.
I am in the process of building a new site and I would welcome any feed back before I go too far. There is still a number of broken links but the 'Weight Loss Zone' and 'Fitness Zone' areas are pretty complete along with a few other "Zones". You will find it here

Very nice site. Quick load. Just a bit too full or too much information for my personal taste. Colour scheme is cool and relaxing.

Hey thanks millie. You're right. Did you mean in particular the headder? Or just generally. Sometimes it's hard to see the forest for the trees!

I am toning down the home page as we speak and I will post a link to it when I'm sort of happy with the re-vamp.

why upper part about 15cm is blank space and move more to left

I like it, it looks very clean with those colors..I also like the second one...Once again..Good Job!
