Yes a regular BlueVoda built site can have 'purchasing' facilities like, for example, PayPal. Many sites use this among others. You can access 'shopping cart' facilities through Fantastico on your control panel.

I think, for more info about SohoLaunch, you should check out that forum. I don't really know too much about it.
