Nicely done except that I dont fancy the baby pink color you use for your navigation menu.

Couple of comments:

• the piggy bank & paypal certified would look better the same size and have a look at placing them above the rainbow spill.
  
• consider aligning the text in each row of coupons.
• is this link: Contact@http://www.kenneyccoupons.com at the bottom of the pages for a reason?
• when you are ready consider setting up a contact form, as displaying your email address will result in spam bot abuse with time.

The "contact" at the bottom of the page is what I had been told to do some time ago. But not to make it hyperlinked so as to avoid those nasty Bots.

If you place your correct email address on the site, you could single click on this and then alt+enter. You could tick 'publish this text as image...' in text properties. It would be visible to visitors as an image and not link.
