Default Please critique my new website

I have already started placing vacancies from prior clients but there is room for improvement. I had a http compressor script and meta tags on the home page but had to remove it temporarily.
It is still a new website. I am working on advertisements right now.

Please have a look and tell me what you think
    website: http://www.recruitment-101.com
    thank you in advance.

Cool Re: Please critique my new website

About Us: So due to the financial pressure bestowed upon me, I had to settle for less eventually". Gilda decided to try to make a difference by introducing Recruitment 101 where our Clients and Candidates come absolutely first and are treated equally...........................Recruitment 101 is a fast growing business
Our Clients: It's simple: it's either our clients..............and the recruitment industry. This...also the Expectations: bullet at the bottom of the text box is out of the box
    Our Candidates:
We work for you and with you, all the solutions we provide are tailor made to fit your requirements...........................and we are honoured to play a role...................on the 'phone.....................matches not only for you,------
Rely on Basilone's highly skilled staff - who is Basilone???
    Why choose us:
Recruitment 101 is not in a race.................perfect solution to our clients' and candidates' employment needs........................There is no third time and giving up is never an option for us. --er, sorry, but if there is NO 3rd. time, & you still got it wrong, you HAVE to give up :)

OK, sorry but I don't have time for more.....only 1 more observation: you mention many times "...** cumulated years of experience" eg. About Us - 30 years...Our Clients - 35 years...Our Candidates - 100 years & so on....my opinion: once is enough!!
    good luck,
    david

Never measure the height of the mountain you're climbing. At the summit, look back and see how small it really is!
