Very nice. Clean, simple, good navigation, loads quickly. I like the videos, too.
A very neat, tidy and proffessional looking site...Well done! :)

Thanks for the positive feedback! I also welcome negative feedback as I am new to creating websites and am keen to learn more! any suggestions on how to improve the site?? Thanks again :)
Well designed and very clean!
Now, I'll talk about problems.
Using uppercase in page names will keep SE's from indexing the page.
Having spaces in page names will keep SE's from indexing the page.
I had to search for the Contact page. Why not have it with the rest of the links?
Your Contact & Disclaimer links on some pages are linked to your computer!
The link to 6 pack abs takes viewers away from you site.
Create the link and use _blank as the target so it will open the new page in its' own page while leaving your site still active.

Thanks heaps CarbonTerry! I think I have fixed up those things.
Thanks again for your helpful advice.
I would make this banner more colorful or add better quality pictures. It seams kinda flat compared to the rest of the site.
Your bottom left google adds will not provide for you. You wil be better of situating them somewhere in the right side of your site.
One more thing:
Get rid of that index.html extension on your home page. LOL
It's not needed for the home /index page.

CarbonTerry, thanks for the ongoing helpful tips,
I know this will probably sound like a stupid question, but how do I get rid of the index.html extension on the home page, i have the bluevoda file of the homepage saved as 'index', do i save it as the home page URL, or save it as 'home'? (yes I am knew to all this lol)
thanks again in advance
The index page is the only page that does not use a page name.
pilates.com is the same thing as pilates.com/index.html
You need to manually change the links and delete index.html
That will make your link look like pilates.com
