Yes this page looks good, however when I click your naviagation links the only internal page is the contact page.

If I was doing your home page, I would probably model it on this page http://www.fmspanishpromotions.us/newlistings.php, this page http://fmspanishpromotions.us/search.php and this page http://www.fmspanishpromotions.us/ne...gs_rentals.php to give the home page that matching feel, rather than the sense you are leaving the site when you click those buttons.

I like the header you used, but agree that it looks incomplete somehow.
I would suggest you put on your site a Money Conversion tool ... I did a Google search and found a few myself that don't have ads or have difficult coding even for this old boy to use on a BV site!
Looks like a very big job to constantly list properties by hand. If this is a template, is there a way to load your content all at once, like a shopping cart has? I certainly would not want to spend so much time entering stuff every week or month!
