Thread: Well completed our website please critic :)

Well I am finally done working on our website, rigt now we are waiting on VH to add our ssl to our server which should be done by monday or tuesday this week.

Here is our website Hillbilly Electronics even though it says electronics we sell more than just electronics, i call it a mini walmart lol

We've been approved by BBB but i requested them to please wait until i switched over to the new server before i apply the BBB Code.

We've been in business since 2009 and according to BBB we have to be in business for at least 4 years to get an A or A+ Rating but due to the length of time in business we are at an A- heck at least i'm no less than that lol

But please review our site and tell us what you think.

Oh for some unknown reason if you mare using FireFox it puts up a page saying something about phsing and we are impersonators due to the ssl right now we are using comodo freessl that was one reason to switch to VH and get their new package Voda Extreme which the ssl cert comes with it.

That was due to Voda Host is working on my SSL Certs. I just checked the link and it took me to the website,however if your using firefox you will not see it on there until they propagate the SSL.

Try it now.

if you or anyone can't access the website, try this one http://www.hillbillyelectronics.com think vodahost is still working on the SSL Certs it still shows on firefox that we are untrusted. but in ie it pulls up our website. don't know :(

Site is not loading for me

OMG I wonder why it's doing that? I just clicked on the link and it took me straight to the website.

I wondwer if it's due to the rapidssl..

If anyone else gets that can u please take a snapshot for me so i can report it to voda support? please.

Its to do with your certificate. I'm getting this with Fire Fox.

That's what i get as well. I knew it had to be the certificate they at vodahost has the rapidssl installed on the server and have it as www.hillbillyelectronics.com but in the certificate they forgot to place the www. before site address right now it says server certificate hillbillyelectronics.com not www.hillbillyelectronics.com i am beating my head with them now to have them correct the problem but get same response "we installed the certificate on www.hillbillyelectronics.com if you need more information please don't hesitate to contact us" no matter how many times i try to explain to them please please please add www.to the certificate and it well function properly i get the same rsponse as you read from support lol

Begining to wonder if i made the right decision to switch from our old server to vodahost. tired of the boxing rounds since the 3rd of feb with this.

aye, I remembered my old account on here now do i keep the HBELLC or use this one...well good to have backup accounts.

okay everyone they fixed the problem finally no more errors even with fire fox determinations and constant nagging finally prevails :) plus leave it to a woman to fix the issues that the man could not fix lol thanks to sonia from support.

ok everything working properly now :) also added our BBB Accredited logo to our website :)

I use HTML kit for HTML, javascript software, bluevoda, and interspire shopping cart, i more or less integrated it all and i also use a banner/swf creator for my banner where it says Hillbilly Electronics then switches to products then back to original. ask anyone who may now me from my old account naghosthunter i been doing this and experimenting with other programs to utilize with bluevoda. love tinkering with all the websites i have. :)
