I like it, Vicki ... a lot.
The only thing I would question is regarding the Menu: maybe not allowing the "underline" to be part of the Style, and maybe trying to add a bit more spacing between the "button items" (done by simply using the spacebar in the Menu Dialog to add a few spaces after each Label Entry).

PS: Congratulations, General! It's about time!

It loads quickly, looks clean, layout is nice, navigation will be easier if you implement Vasili's advice about the menu.

Don't know if you know anything about SEO, but I have learned that if you design a website, keep SEO in mind.

I did check your website and found that your description meta tag relevancy to page content and keywords meta tag relevancy to page content is poor.

That is if you intend to have google index your site.
