Your first link did not work for some reason but the one below it did.

You have a very nice site and you seem to have put a lot of work into it. You seem to have covered jsut about everything in the site to do with medical and dental insurance. Good job.

Sorry about that link not working. Not sure what happened there. The link in my sig goes where it is supposed to. I would like to get some feed back about the navigation and see what people think as well as the load times.

Thanks!!!

the first link has a double http:// - you must have added to what was already there?

I think the site is looking good - however a couple things make it less professional to me - why the "joke of the day" on an insurance site? And who and what is Burley the Wonder Dog - also takes away for me - and I don't like any "welcome to our site" - when's the last time you went into a brick and mortar building and heard someone say "welcome to our building? Site here is the same as building there - it's where you are located - not what or who you are.

The hot searches box on the bottom also looks like spam to me - is that an advertisement for someone else? Or is that part of your own site? If an advertisement for someone else - then you are sending people there instead of trying to keep them with you?

I clicked on your "trust" seal and it simply opened up your privacy policy page in another window - it should open up info on the seal. That lost some credibility with me. If you truly are a truste site - I would think you'd want to retain that credibility - their seal isn't meant to replace YOUR own link to your privacy statement. At least I certainly don't believe so!

Bethers....THANK YOU!

I truley value your input. The Trust E thing was just a button that had the word Trust on it and I added it because of the color scheme and the word trust on the logo. I had it open to our privacy policy because I can't afford the $650 that TrustE wants to monitor the site.

The graphic of Burley the Wonder Dog was included a couple of months ago because the image reminded me of my dog Burley and the color scheme matched with the state image graphics at the top of the page. He is moved down the page and being phased out. I had placed him on the site aong with the "Clean Joke of the Day" because health insurance has a very stuffy reputation as an industry and I was attempting to make it appear that me and my partners are more fun and less threatening than what the stereotypical reputation for health insurance agents is. I actually get decent comments about that from site visitors.

The Search Unit at the bottom of the page is a search engine for anything related to affordable health insurance. I don't much care for the look of it my self but it does help with my site rankings because I own it. I may try taking it off of the page to see what happens with out it. It help my ranking s when I first put my site up.

Looks pretty nice, professional, I found a broken link when I clicked on Jayne Bennett's picture on the left bottom side of the quote page, (looks like a double http:// in the link addy) ... I really like the doorways to the conference rooms, it's a nice touch, I like the boxes around all the divisions or sections of your insurances. Looks like alot of work on and off the site ...

just a thought about your dog where you are partial to him, maybe you could come up with a slogan, fitting him into your site, that could work.

Good Luck!!

Thanks for the input Lady Eye. Every time I learn something new about site structure or SEO I have to go back and redo the whole site which is now almost 100 pages total. Takes a ton of time. Thanks for the heads up on the broken link.

As far as my dog goes, I am going to just remove him as I find instances of him. I think Bethers was right in her comments above. Thanks for taking the time to look!

You can't use that seal without paying them! That really is copyright infringement - you don't want to get in trouble that way. And that is fraud to the customers - not a good thing for someone selling insurance. I think you've removed it - which is a good thing :)

I understand about insurance being boring - but when I'm looking for insurance - I guess I have to deal with boring - cuz I want the facts and to easily see what I can get and the costs, etc. Your site is put together to let me do that - which is good. But - your home page says you have 4 major carriers for AZ - but when I click for the AZ page, there seem to be more. You need to update the home page every time you add or remove a carrier on any of the plans.

You're doing a great job with this website - I hope it works well for you.

Thanks Bethers! Yep. I am always adding more compaies and sometimes the updates are a bit cumbersome and things get overlooked. I just added a couple of more states so here we go again!

That's a good thing! The more the better - if you ever have my state - or I ever move to one you have - I'll make sure to check it out.
