Very nice site
The only change I could suggest is with the advertising box at the bottom of the screen - I would either try and move it to the centre or lengthen it so it is in line with the sides

Looks like a nice website. Only thing i would say i make it a bit narrower as sideways scroll is not a popular thing with surfers. Keep up the good work

David: Well, I only see one version right now and I like what I see. You have come a long way and worked on this for a long time. I would center the pages, but other than that, I like the looks of it. Congratulations

well if you both like you two can sign up on my lobby and if you two have anything like photos or etc that may have orbs etc you can also post it with explaination on what where when etc so others can look at it as well or just sign up and as time passes we will be offering more to member like participating in viewing live raw footage of our or our other associate sites investigations and collaberate on what you see, and discuss it with us and them.

I like the blue too but nav buttons didn't seem right so went to grey.

You're on the right track, but a long road ahead.

You need to reword many of the phrases and slogans you present further, as they are too close to the original "inspirations" (legally).

You have again made your "Policy" into some hybrid flag for no apparent logical purpose: Change your perspective and your section from "Legal Documents" to simply "Policy" and see if you can see the actual important matter rise to the top instead of personal dictate.

Were I you, I would create a clear distinction between Services and Products, as again you are blending the concepts and it appears as disconjunctive navigation (unexplained emphasis). Why not simply have a "Services" and a "Products" sections grouped and cognizantly presented???? If this is too close to the previous dual-natured website design with unclear purposes, then consider a "Portfolio" concept & section...put your aqua specs there, and move the "offering" to a commercial site altoghether....

Although the layout is improved, it needs quite a lot of refinement with attention to details....alignment, finished edges, margins, etc. And, you should re-think how to present (you have less than 15 seconds for each new visitor) your true emphasis: is it your services, your focus on innovation, or your own "accomplishments" that you are using in attempt to impress others? If the latter, then you may not grow past this severely limiting perspective to effect the changes necessary....
