Hi TidyBoy,
You have major overlapping going on your first page they need to be moved. Your need to center your pages...make the page only 800 across and click the center button. Your logo is very hards on my eyes... Please check your I's on your links page. I will look move later.

-Your banner (VH) is on the left and looks fine.
-Your logo is out of focus, try using a *.jpeg version or tweaking the *.gif in Paint.Net or other program.
-Pages are untitled.
-You will need to add keywords for SE's to find you.

also on your bold headline PayTheBills.org do this change it from this "PayTheBills.org" to "Pay The Bills" without the quotation marks. seeing how you have in top left and in your welcome section placing it all together. if you go to the main page in your bvwb select your main page right click on that and go to properties and you will see untitled place your name of the company in that then it will show up on top of browser PayTheBills.org instead of untitled.
