All the links that I checked were working fine.

You need to reduce the K byte size of your photos, they are taking ages to load....we have a free pixresizer that you can use.

I also noticed that every page seems to have different theme in terms of color and text used. It would look more professional if you kept the same colours and style throughout your site.

You have made a good start and just need a few tweeks here and there.

One other piece of advice...get rid of your email addresses and use a php contact form, otherwise you will be spammed pretty soon.

Have a look at my wedding site here and check out the contact page for some ideas,

If you wish, I can supply the contact form and the PHP script
for you. use my contact form if you are interested.

have fun

Hi there and welcome

If you are looking for advice with your website, why not post it under Customer Reviews, found near the top portion of this forum. You'll get many more responses and ideas there ...

The Lounge, is where we all "lounge around" lol

Good Luck.

I agree with David about the size of your images, for faster downloading you will need to bring these images down to around 20 kbs if at all possible. I too agree with sticking with one theme throughout your site, with your nav bar in the same place on all pages. When I first entered your site, I thought, this is going to be different, because of all the people in black, but it wasn't carried all the way through, or what I thought might be going to be carried all of the way through. If I had a preference of what scheme I didn't care for, it would be the purple/lilac with the circles ... it appeared too "clown-like" to me ...

I think with a little revamping, you've got yourself a great business and website there ... (you could work a little on your wording in places too, just a bit, nothing much)

Great work, all links working!!

I agree with David and Holly here...
Also, you should keep a consistent look to each of your webpages. Each time I clicked one of your nav buttons I felt I was going to a different site.
On your Weddings page you have the phrase 'So, he asked, you said YES now what?' I REALLY like this phrase and I REALLY think it should be a main feature on your home page.
Great start...

Talking Re: New Website

Thanks for all the input! The funny thing is I totally agree with you all. However, this is my wife and her friends business and their website. I just take care of behind the scenes and any tech problems. I showed them how to do it and they designed it. I tried to tell them to keep things user-friendly and consistent. But they wanted it to be cute...

I will try to work on showing them the light though. Wish me luck.

Thanks again,

MH

Cute won't make a sale and that is what they want to do right???? Try to convince them that a consistent layout will make them look more professional and will inturn bring more business to them. They can still have cute but it can be consistent cute! Send them our way if you need backup.... trying to tackle a group of women is tough and I feel for you!
