New look for Black & White Designs .. need your opinion

Hello,

I've had time to make a new template for Black & White Designs, and would like your opinion on how the first page looks.

The links don't work, so you can only look at the first page until I finish the rest, but I would like your opinion on how it looks first before I continue.

Jeremy,
Looks great. The only opinion I can offer is the lime green text is rather hard to read.

Hi Jeremy, Looking real good. I liked the old one, but this is still on par with it. “=1st”
Couple of small things. (I,v got a thing about images at the moment) lol
http://bwservices.ca/bw_other_13.jpg has what i think is a trade mark at the bottom right & looks a bit like a smug or pen mark.
The http://bwservices.ca/bw_780x170_06.jpg is a bit heavy on the KB,s

PS. Ditto with the lime green on the white. Maybe a touch darker as its not so bad on the grey header.

Thanks, I looked at your comments real quick, and I have to agree with you guys, all though I have to go today in Ottawa, so I do not have time to fix it today, but when I get home I will change it.

Alright, I guess I still have 30 minutes before I go, so I came back onine to check..

Looks good ....

I am kind of like Chris ... and speaking of smudges, do you know you have a red smudge on your avatar used here?? And is it supposed to be black, it is grey? What's up with that? lol You getting smudgey, hee hee ... lol

Hi Jeremy. Nothing wrong with your header image at all. (looks great) Was just saying it was a little heavy on the KBs @ 148kb
On the logo part. How did you mange to get an MS affiliation. (Well done) Or have I got it wrong.

Excellent look and feel Jeremy! I do like your original Black & White logo though...

With your header have you 'saved for web'? I am pretty sure you have but thought it might reduce the kb's a little.

Holly, haha .. You sure there is no red smudge on your screen? J.k .. it's just the way I made it.

Hi Jeremy,

The new design is absolutly great, nice colors, nice fonts, nice general deisgn but if i may i'll make two suggestions.
1st - The top image, and if i was you, i would consider a composition of some person in a computer with some main fraims or so, to be more humanize.
2nd - The Windows logo its to big, it distracts from the other stuff, unless you a some shares in Microsoft (jocking).

But in general its great, much, much better then the "old" one.

Thanks, I know what you mean by the logo being a little bit too big, I will consider something else to put there.

As for the banner, still not sure if I should put something there yet.

I hope to have the whole website completed this week.
