hi ... I think you are off to a great start ... a couple of things you might like to consider are:

1. centring your pages in the browser
2. tightening up your layout on you home page it currently has too much blank space, and do you really need your google search here and on every page? You might llike to consider this for your other pages as well.
3. Also, why would I want to deal with you? No offence is meant, but there is nothing about you , your company or what you are trying to achieve. What are your qualifications to offer this advice? etc

your site is not nice, i think you can make background with other color scheme to it looks better
it isn't clean, i see it is disordered
