nice, simple, direct. A company logo would set it off nicely.

For a start not bad, just a few tweaks on your home page the tex in the middle of the page I would center it and make it just a bit larger, you pages listings and mls and your link page center it, other han than your on a good start, well good luck with it.

You may wish to consider changing either the typeface color or background color in the GUIDING YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION portion at top. It's not the easiest to read with my old eyes!

Otherwise it's a great start.

Your navigation bars keep shifting position depending on the page they are on.
The green and red are okay, but they do not go well with the ice blue. I would change this to another color, say sand, chartreuse or c96E00 is also a good color.

Cheers

Thanks so much for the feedback! I never thought about the color scheme(makes me wonder what i look like when i put clothes together). The color wheel is a great site, i will use for sure.

I learned about cloning pages after i put everything together and i tried to get them aligned up.

Thanks again for the feedback,

David

I personally like Red you used, and I would use more of it.. I am not sure the highlighted background works that well with such a thin banner.. check out that condos in fort myers to get an idea of how to get color to work for you.. I think you need more color.

Good job though.

Hi David,

Nice color scheme now. Very clean and easy on the eyes.

On your "Why choose David" page, dillagently needs to be spelled dilligently.

On your links to Small and Associates, if I were you I would have that link and other links off your site open in new windows, so that the customer will still have your site in their browser. That way they could explore the links you give them without having to hit the back button on their browser several times just to get back to your site.

Good Luck, :)
