Hi!

I've finally got my future son-in-law's website to a state where it is viewable. I'd very much like some opinions/critisms/suggestions.

I know there is an issue where the scrolling title is continuous for some viewers, which is not my intention. IE seems to view it ok (which I use). I think Firefox has an issue with it. Maybe others also? I'm aware of this problem but don't know how to fix it other than s****ing the whole "scrolling text" thing altogether. I'd like to avoid that if possible.

Anyway, thank you for taking the time to have a look and I look forward to any help that can be given.

Hi, couple of things that might help.
The home page is nearly 1 meg & is a bit slow loading for the 1st time. The http://www.samhill.biz/Wallpaper2.png image is the main problem & has also distorted with using the image handles to make it smaller.

Think the light box has been over used & is not giving the right effect on some really good images. Once again! Looking distorted on the thumbnails.

Not sure on a fix for the scrolling text! But is very distracting in FF.

Might of missed something? But couldn’t see a contact page.

Most pages are a little off center & could be set at 882 wide with the exception of the Q&A area. But to do this, the scrolling right to left text would have to be moved in. Good luck.

OOOoooops. I didn't realize that by typing the word "scr-aping" I was goint to offend the language filters. Ha ha... what has been substituted looks worse! Please read as "getting rid of".

The site is of to a good start there are a few problems a couple of the pages came up with 404 errors check your links and the pages needed to be centered. well good luck with it.
