I'd say to many maraques and the pics at the top of the page are stretched. The menu bars are o-k. I could not really see the split of which words are highlighted until I rolled my mouse over them. Visit the website in my signature to see what I mean (I am not telling you to do exactly what I did). Looks great over all!

Inspiring the Wellness in You!

Looked at your site. I think your inside page temlate is much better than your home page. Your home page has a few problems. The pictures that are trying to come up are stretched and load very slow. There is too much action (scrolling banners and such) to keep and interest and make it easy to read what the site is about. You also have some blue lines coming out of or covering the nav buttons, very distracting. Again I think you have done a good job on the other pages, you can use that template to do your home, and just tweak it a little.
