I just publish my website, but cannot work properly

Hi guys... i'm new customer of BlueVoda. And i just publish my website, but the problem is, my website cannot work properly. For example when i at SERVICES page then i want back to MAIN PAGE, there's something problem with the navigation.. I check everything but no mistake. Can somebody help me..

Hi .. you have your index page published as .php

as well your contact page is published as .php and should be ..

but for your index page you are linking to .html

so you need to publish your index page as .html - then your links will work

you change this by going to page properties and change from .php to .html

in the case of your contact page though, you will need to change your linking on your pages to .php instead of .html

okay ..

for your link to back to home/index page, just put http://www.bluelemonstudio.com in the link without the rest of the page name. That way, no matter what your index page's exact name is the link will always work for going back to home/index page. Mind you, this only works for linking to the home/index page. All other pages still have to have exact name in the link.

LADYEYE & KARENWMS63 > Thanks for your help, it's very usefull. The link to back to home/index page is work. But my CONTACT page still have a problem.... The linking/file extension for contact page is .php, is that right?

Yes, that is correct ... here is your page

http://www.bluelemonstudio.com/contact.php

So on all of your other pages, you need to go in and change the linking to read .php instead of .html

Thanks LADYEYE... very helpfull..... My contact form can work properly, and i can get the email from visitor, but i dont know how to create the Thank You page. I'll try but maybe there's some mistake...

just create a page like you were making a new page for your site with the menu and all. Put something like "Thank you...your message has been submitted. You will receive a reply as soon as possible..." .

Then name the page, thankyou.html and publish.
