Hey all revised my site..be tough please

Hello everyone.

Its been a few months since i opened my site www.diydatabase.net. Redesigned my main site as it is the one i am mainly interested in being successful. Its simple and straightforward and hopefully much more user friendly.

Please if you have time let me know what you think.

I am new to Voda Host, so I'm kinda feeling myself around. I happened to see your thread, so I thought I would go and see your site. I haven't seen the first one, so I don't know if you can take any thing away from what I say...but, for starters ...I love the site...the colors just bounce out at you...and yellow is a stimulating color, so, it made me feel excited to be on your site...I would say, it looks great...and to keep up the good work...by the way I also liked the text that you chose.......Barbie Ann

Nice Job, I would suggest going back through your text as I found several wording issues. Good clean site easy to navigate. Good luck

Hi easy to navigate. Love the forum layout. My only suggestion would be to either pull the text right side margin, as I think it is a little too close to
some of the pictures. Or re-align to the left. I think it would have more of an impact than centered. (honestly, I struggle with the centered wording also)! Loads great, great header. Good Luck!

Thank you all. HUGE improvement from my first review hehe. All points taken into consideration and will fix.

Especially the word centering hehe. I always have a problem with that.

Maybe something like this. Also you need to reread all your text and fix the little errors, like the lower case "I" in many places. You have a great start and I will probably register on your forum, as I have about 30 years in construction and building systems both residential and comercial. Good Luck!!

One more thing, you have the nav buttons opening a new browser page with each one. You need to have them open in the same window.

Great to have more people on there able to offer advice.

Once the search engines kick in full time i think this site will really be filled up and able to help people.

OK Darc, Just leave the space blank, not self. Also on your posting page the dark brown is really hard to se what your typing.
