Don't know from the home page what the website is about

Took me 7 minutes to spot your navigation bar

Still don't know what your website is about having found the navigation and visiting every page of your site.

Hi, although much of the wording is perfectly understandable. The grammar used in some areas could do with some correction. IE:
Many speakers of other languages
Might sound better as?
Many people that have the ability to speak other languages.
The word "Speakers" is usually a reference to someone from a small group that would be talking to an larger audience in possibly a conference of some type.

patient.

Hi,
Your menu bar should be more visible (bigger fonts maybe) and the orange you are using is hard on the eyes. keep it up!

Cheers,

I found your top banner a little disconnected. the two different texts and one on the blue back ground. It just looks a little thrown together.
You might want to put some lines between your nav buttons, or a background behind each one, to make them stand out a bit better.
good start, keep gong.

There are some excellent reviews about colours for web pages, I would recommend you a google search :), I'm colour blind so perhaps I'm not the best person to talk about colours but I do find your colours just a bit to bright.
As Chris quotes "the grammar used in some areas could do with some correction", you cant start a sentence, "That there are". There are would be better.
