Default Would you check mine out too? Thanks

Hi there and thanks in advance for your help.

This is a sales page for a product.

When you initially click on it, the 'header' part seems to be the last to appear, and I really want it to load first, so that any potential customer
gets the instant effect, so to speak

This is only my 2nd or 3rd attempt at putting together a page using Blue Voda, so please feel free to criticise!

http://www.12freebooks.com

Many Thanks, Gordon

I think its the same squeeze page on the same background as about 40,000 other sites promoting those ebooks and click bank.

Thanks for that Karen, apart from the fact its not clickbank, and the product is totally put together by me, I did state from from the off, that it was a 'sales' page.
All I wanted was some constructive comments.
Thanks.

Guilty..yes I did. But I thought the domain name www.12freebooks.com had a better pull, and I can use www.ukwealthbuilders.com as something more generic later.
But what did you think of the construction, and what am I doing wrong to have the header part appear last?

By the way, as you might guess I did the header using the BV logo maker, which is brilliant to use.

Hi you need to do a lot with things like key wording. Things like the phrases/key words below are not within the text of your page. Work from home, cash-on-demand, learn internet marketing.
Remember also that the SE,s cant read your logo maker images as BV didn’t leave a field to enter an alt text into. I am not sure if leaving an alt text tag blank is worse than no tag at all.
One of the SE experts might be able to help with this.

Thanks Chris and Karen

The knowledge that SE's can't pick up the BV logo maker is , in it's self, valuable information.

I think a brand new header will have to be constructed just using ordinary text, (Chris, Is that what 'alt text' means?) and at the same time I will use the advice given reference the key words.

Thanks again, Gordon

Hi, JD is noticing a problem with an easy fix. Take a screen shot of your web page "alt Print screen" & paste it into paint "Ctrl V" & cut out your header image as one. This can then be placed on the page as one image with the alt tag.
PS. The alt tag is used for a few reasons, but the SE,s also pick up on it.

Thanks very much, and seasons greetings to you also...

I did try making it into one picture by doing a screen print, and then editing it in 'paint' and then saving as a jpeg file.

But the quality was awful.

I'll try it as you suggest, using word, and see what the outcome is.

As mentioned before, I've got to convert the text to ordinary text anyway.

Kind regards, Gordon
