The site has a nice style & looking good. Not sure on the multi colored framing of the images.

Hi Ann. You've got the "dune-like" background picture only in the "home" and "about us" pages, but the "peach-color" one in all the other pages... Is this made on purpose ? Since we're here to give our humble points of view, I'd say I prefer, by far, the "peach-color" one. It's just more "design-like". And it's not meant to be contradictory towards Chris, but I just love your multi-colored framing of the pictures. They contribute in making every item outstanding, literaly. If you don't use/play with colors in a jewelry/designer website, on which other website will you (LOL) ? But here again, the vast majority of items is on a greyish/light background, while only a very few ones are on a red, deep blue or green background (located in the "speciality items" and "necklaces" pages)... Is this done on purpose ? |

Hello, General Ann. You have a way of doing simple organised websites which seems easy to lay out with the proper placement of the VodaHost package underneath. Would you mind if I copy your homepage lay out (not the contents) the moment I got my site published? Regards. Demet |

thanks for comments originally the entire site had "dune" colored background but got rid of it in trying to speed up loading. I forgot the first two pages were a different background. After a few trys I found that the colored backgrounds took away from the jewelry. Am now trying to upgrade quality of photos - found scanner works better than camera Thanks for comments on layout of home page - it works for me - no problem if you like it. |
