New site up -appreciate feedback

Hi all,
I have been busier than a bird-dog on this site for the past week. BlueVoda is so user friendly. I still need to spiff up my page titles and descriptions and figure out how to do meta tags.

Bethers, I read that you do not think they are absolutely necessary... am I getting that right? Of course, I want to be search engine optimized, but think most my traffic will be directed there through other means.

Youve done a really great job on your site! ..its excellent, nice colours all the links work, very neat n tidy and no sideways scroll......very very nice...well done

I must tell you that it is because of you that I have no sideways scroll... and neither does my site. LOL.

Before I even starting designing the site I took your instructions to heart and I was vigilant.

Hi Susan,

I like the colors and look of your site. Now, in optimizing it - make sure you use the keywords that people will use to find you.

As for meta - some things ARE important - the meta description is very important to each page. And the page title is very important. Keywords I don't find important - but still fill out - just be careful and fill them out correctly and do NOT spam - because while I don't find them helpful with the major se's anymore - misuse of them can hurt you with them.

Hi Susan,
Great site, the colors are subdued and it is very professional. I actually read it all the way and found it very interesting. I really like the links at the bottom of the page, they invite the visitor to keep reading.

One of your page titles doesn't match the navigation bar "Is This You?" vs "Who We Serve" not sure if this was on purpose and I noticed it only because you mentioned titles.

Further on what Bill mentioned: the common theme I picked up was the consistent "invitation" and the opportunity to discover more....a basic business/professional concept so often overlooked in web presences....

Navigation Is great... clean design... Only thing is your phone number and e-mail: spammers are gonna clog your inbox with porn, I learned that the hard way... I had to abandon an e-mail address ... use a contact form to let people contact you... even with contact form there are programs to sniff out e-mails in the contact form but atleast they have to work to get it... same thing with phone number.. maybe create an auto reply that lists phone and e-mail... but take it from me, as soon as you build traffic coming to website you will see the spam start to increase and expect a few calls from someone trying to sell you a trip to iraq. Other than that, everything is cool.

Awww that makes me feel really good to know I could help and that someone actually listened lol

And beleive me, your site shows its worth doing .....despite all the negativity Ive had over my hate for sideways scroll and page sizes....if Ive made one sites scrolling ..perfect ...then I'm happy ;o)
