I really wanted to have flash animations on my website but I didn't know anything about it. After playing around with Swishmax and Bluevoda for days, if not weeks, I am now pretty happy with the final result. Please have a look and tell me if you see something wrong or not working. Well done, A couple of your links aren't working, mostly in parkour. Pages and videos laod quickly. Consider titles for your pages, not just "index"

Nice sight. Everything nicely explained and says what you are about. Like the exciting graphics that pretty much made fitness seem fun. I would suggest centering the pages...riight click on yoour background page and select background and click on center in browser. Other than that...excellent and good job.
