Keep going, its coming along very well.

You might want to decrease the No of bytes for the main/background
picture on your homepage. you can use the free pic resizer
here:......http://www.vodahost.com/pix.htm

Good luck with your project...........

All Looking good, Maybe check the page size & bring down to 800 w As your phone NO: is a little off the screen (top right).
Like the idea for the tenants check list, you have just solved a problem for me in doing it in .rtf format & being able to type into it.
Could you not do the tenants notice the same way, as it’s really handy to be able to open a document & type straight into it. With some PDF’s you can’t type into them.

But looking real good so far.

Cheers

Chris.

Good work, I actually like the background on your home page more than the solid color. Your links seems to work fine.

Those aren't fillable Adobe forms are they? Most users would only have the standard Reader version.

As the others have said - you are off to a good start. I'm not too keen on the cyan coloured background - it's a little bright for my eyes, maybe you could try a toned down version of the same colour (click the custom button at the bottom of the colour list - you can have any colour). If you heed the advice that you have received here you will have a great site in no time at all. Well done on your achievements so far.

Cool Re: Looking for some feedback:)

Nicely laid out site, informative, not too much to look at (a good thing) and easy to follow.

One criticism......

COLOUR!!!!! (Sorry that's Color if you are in the good 'ol USA!) THAT HAS TO GO SORRY!!!! Can I take my sunglasses off now?

You know you guys... I think Colour is a much better way to spell Color no?

I love you guys really... In fact if there are any beautiful and single women out there in the US of A... Will you marry me? I would love to live there... England sucks!

I had better add the fact that I AM a Man and not a woman!

Ditto to all above. The only problem I had, was the checklist form. It took an extremely long time to open and close that form versus the others in pdf format. Don't know if its my computer or the rtf format. Great job!

I think your site is looking good. I'm sure that once the pages fill up with more information, the ammout of color that jumps out won't be so much. :)

I don't personally mind the colors you use, but at the same time I do come from a different approach for color schemes.

I find it usefull to create milder tones for the backgrounds and supplemental material in the site and use color to bring out that which you want people to look at and notice the most. That's just how I created mine. But the use of color on your site isn't a problem in my opinion. I do prefer aqua over white though. :)

It might also be the fact that my monitor is dimmed, because I work at the comp so much. I don't know. :)

Yeah, turning up the brightess back to norm does make it glare at me a bit... haha... but whatever. It's cool. I like it.

Good luck in finishing it up.

And also... quick tip. No matter what the size (for whatever reason) it seems that anytime you try to squeeze 10 lbs of stuff into a 5 lb bag or vice versa with images, it has problems loading. I think David mentioned decreasing the Byte size of your background pic, possibly for load time. But at 340K, I'm not sure you need to worry so much about the Bytes. I noticed the picture is SMALLER than the background it's fitting in. My analogy of the "10lbs/5lbs" was in regards to the fact that sometimes images load slower if they are not the exact size they are set to fit in. I've seen this a lot and made sure to size my pics exactly to the size of the place they are going. It really does help to have an exact fit, I think. 5lbs of stuff in a 5 lb bag. :)

Hmm... Should I have said "kilograms" instead of "lbs"? I forget we're all speaking a slightly different language here.

Color? Colour? Favorite? Favourite? hehe. ;) whatever.
