Default Second go around!

I think at this stage my pages are:
Too bright the colors are not right, which makes them look unprofessional. But that is me I cannot decide.
The Page "Cradle of Culture" is not centered and I cannot seem to center it. It is centered to browser on Pg. Prop.
The links seem to work do not know about the form from the home page text link. register.
The button overview is just to see if that page is better for a home page.
A lot of the text on all pages is not what will be there in the end.
So some suggestions, critics are welcome. HELP and thanks.

Choco, your page is not centered yet, and I can't get any of the flags to work.

Choco,

You might want to try a lighter blue, on centering you page are you putting an x in the little box?

choco777:
your http://www.mayatabasco.com/chiapas.html page cannot be centred
until you move the flags over to the left and close up the box a little more.

Same comment on this page:
http://www.mayatabasco.com/jungle_adventure.html

This page is centred ok so use this as your model
http://www.mayatabasco.com/mystical_chiapas.html

this probable only need using the tip below
http://www.mayatabasco.com/tabasco_c...f_culture.html

Tip: if you have selected "centre Page" and it still does not centre
.then check the width in page properties also.......

You are doing fine choco, it just need time and a little tweaking.

Very nice site. I like the blue. Maybe a lighter blue on the page background would be nice. I like the font you used for it's beauty however it was difficult for me to read all the text. The text on the mystical chiapas page was much easier to read. On the Tabasco Cradle of Culture page the header was off center and the color did not match the background, showing up as an off-center box on top of the page.
I was able to make all the flag links work (Very cool)
The music worked great and things did not take long to load.
You are doing a great job. You are going to have a beautiful site!

Happy Web building,
moviemedic

Hi Again!

The "Translation" box is displaying off....as if the white underbox is somehow off register;

To force a cleaner look to your homepage images, try right-click copying one eliptical "frame" and multiple pasting for all of them, this way they are all the same size and can be aligned properly.....this uniformity will soothe our sub-conscience eye that picks up everything asthetically wrong after that.

Have you used the pix risizer to clean up the resolution of your pictures? This might bear immediate improvement for you, now that the 'frames' are identical and laid out perfectly!

I agree.....the "page" section should be a couple notches lighter than your background color. This will allow you to not have so much fuzziness in your font as you will no longer need to make it "bold" just to stand out.

I also think a "Contact Form" which should include the regular travel details (date of travel, number in party, city of origination, # of nights, etc.) would also be the best avenue to spontaneously convert interest into an inquiry and to accurately follow up on leads!

You've come a long way, and I remember you being under a time crunch (the season coming up). You can use this as-is, and simply keep working on your saved page in BV until ready for the next round of publishing.

Thanks Vasili,
Always respect your input. Will get right on the color and the multi-pasting as you put it. Til then I'll just continue to walk fast and look annoyed.

Default Re: Second go around! How 'bout Now??

Changed to reflect most of the suggestions, how is it going now? Still, lost another link from image on index and on chiapas button cannot access jungle adventure. I cannot or have not figured it out yet. Thanks again. I've been a little sheltered here, so I don't know what WiFi means Vasili. Give me a hint and at least I can say I have a clue.
