I like it, but there is something I am not too sure about! Hehe! I had a hard time to navigate your site - but I know your not finiched yet.

Not sure if bold text is needed, the towns themselves are highlight and link to other pages.

My first thought is thea maybe there is too much bolding in the opening page. At first had trouble with the marquee and some other overlapping.So much Blue,italics and bolding that it looks cluttered. Maybe a different colored link or softer color of blue?
Also some spelling i.e. Foreclosure. Do you do all the text yourself, if so ,or even not ,well done. Like idea and site, but those are my thoughts.

I'm not sure what you mean. Page Title? Are you just talking about the home page? I changed it up a little. Take a look.

Right click on your page, do same for every page, Page Properties > Title > Ok > Save > Publish
