Thread: Vodahost servers?

Hi *****, are vodahost servers the following ?

ns1.vodahost.com

and

ns2.vodahost.com

I want to change a domain over to your servers, so just checking. Thanks in advance and thanks to you all for a great service.

Yes, those are our name servers.

*****, just changed my other domain over to your servers. I had an email address already in place for that domain. Now i have changed servers i cannot receive email. Do you know why? What do i have to do?

Your help would be appreciated.

In addition to the above...the email addy for the domain i changed over was setup in Outlook express. I can send email, but do not receive it via OE, but can read it via webmail in the cPanel. Hope you can offer some advice?

Make sure you have set it properly in your control panel and in your email software. If all fails open a support ticket.
