Thread: Help with Domain Name Server

I can't change my domain name server with VH
it says that I do not have a domain name.
How do I do this.
I went to vodahostDomain.com and signed in as a new user.
I put a user name and a password.
When I sign in they say I do not have a domain name.
But I do.

One more question

When I signed in as a new user I put a user name and password but it was not the Master user name or Master password that was in the email that they sent me. does that matter.

For access to your site (FTP Mandager, Cpanel, webmail, publishing) you must use the user name and password that was sent in the e-mail. You can change the password in cpanel but not the user name.

For the forum- you may create a user name and password.

But I hate that user name they gave me.
It is not even a word and I know that I will not remember it
I have to keep looking on a paper to see what it is. God forbid if I lose the paper. I can't even pronounce it so how can I remember it.
Why did they choose a user name instead of the one I gave them.

Your not suppose to love it and it is not suppose to be easy to remember, its suppose to be very difficult and hacker proof. Open a word or notepad document
and copy it inside. When you need it copy and paste it from the document.

You win I'll settle for this.
Now I will use this name and password to go to CPanel, publish etc.
But the other problem I have is I cannot
Log Into the support center
It keeps saying either wrong ID or Password.
Now I have put everything I can think of to no avail
I have sent in a ticket and nothing.
I believe it is asking for my email address and I know that is right.
Well I have put in the password my password that I signed up with and the one they gave me and none work.
What is the problem.
I also wanted to change my Domain Server to VH
