Thread: Help please

I am new to this so bear with me... i have built a site using bluevoda it currently sits on my domain www.status.net.nz hosted by you ... BUT I want to use the domain www.vpm.co.nz instead and it wont let me add domain because of dns issues..

the domain is hosted by telstra clear NZ and the tech department says the have adjusted the dns settings but need me to change the A settings on the remote name server.... i dont know what do .... it has a @setting and a www setting .... please help me with this

No problem....

1) Make sure that vpm.co.nz has the correct name servers ( DNS).Please consult your welcome letter.
2) Please submit a support ticket requesting us to change the master domain on your account.
3) If your account is under 30 days old we will do it for free, if not a US$30 administration fee will apply.
