Thread: Please point me in the right direction

Hi,

Domain name purchased thru Voda Domain. Received all of the log in information.
Read in forum that I still need to change the name server. I watched the tutorial on it, but I am just not getting it on where exactly that is that I need to log in to do this.

Could someone please point me in the right direction. I'm sure if it was a snake it would have bitten me, but it still alludes me.

If you purchased the domain name through VH, I would suspect they pointed the domain to the right server and you're set to go. If you are unsure, go into where you manage your domain names and see what it says for where they are pointed.

Please submit a support ticket asking us to set the name servers for you, we will be happy to take care of this issue on your behalf.
