Thread: Add on domains and problems

I have 2 domain names bought in two packages thru VH. I want to add the second as an addon to the first. Both sites are live. If I go to cPanel of my first site and try to get the second site added, I get error messages. Should I go to the cPanel of the second site and point it at the first?

You have only one control panel for all of your sites, regardless of how many. You should go into your account and be certain that your add on domain is pointed to both of your servers, these servers found in your email from voda ..... you then go into add on domain in your control panel and add the new domain .... this will then create the new directory for your add on domain and you publish everything to it .....

Wait - you have 2 different control panels? Are you wanting to get rid of one and only have one package? If that's the case, you'll need to put in a support ticket, I believe.

Yes, did that and changed the DNS so what do I do now, like which cPanel log in do I go to?
I have two different usernames and passwords.
