Thread: name servers

Hi, sorry, I keep going round in circles, I've paid for my site, logged into my vodahost billing account ok, made a note of the name servers i want to update and then tried to log into vodahostdomains.com. the passwords sent in my welcome letter wouldnt work so i created a new account, logged in ok but it says...i have 0 domain names in this account, and i have 0 hosted domains in my account. The tutorial shows that my chosen name vinylresource.com should be in there, or am I being thick and I have to add it myself? No i dea what to do next so any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

also when i click 'manage this domain' and type in mine it says domain name not found???

Well, if you created a new account, of course they won't show up - because that's not the account that the domain is in. If you can't find them with the password sent, I suggest you put in a support ticket.

Also, you are saying "I paid for my site". If you got yourself a hosting account with a free domain name, then you DON'T need to setup any nameservers. And, you do NOT have a VodaHost Domains account. If this is the case, you should enter your VBS account to see (and eventually) manage your DNS
