Transfering from Homestead to Voda

Hi,
I already have 1 website with voda (tcmdirectory.com)

I have another website I have been working on hosted with homestead.com and I want to transfer that to voda and eventually have all my websites with voda. How do i do the transfer?

Homestead says:
"While your domain is registered with your website account, it is not possible to change or alter your domain settings in any way. If you would like to use your domain with a different host, you will have to contact Customer Support and request your domain to be transferred out."

What should I tell them? Do I need to tell them any voda codes?

Also, can I start building that site here while i wait for the transfer? How?

You can build your website but will not be able to publish any changes or additions until you have transferred (or pointed) from Homestead.com

When you call Homestead.com, they can only ask for the same data that you would provide on-line: Primary and Secondary Name Servers and they might bombard you with a sales pitch to stay with them.
