hi , im a new custuner with vodahost and i got a call today about my domain name not bieng of the right format for vodahost , and that i have a ticket to fill? , now i would just like to know what exactly is not good with the format and how to fix that , hope u guys can help with this

btw my domain name is lamidex.selfip.net

you can not have a dot in a domain name, you can only have a dot before the extention, such as .com or .net

ok but i cant used the old one cuz te page is active , i need one to load the page im building now with voda how can i do this and not cost a arm and a leg
