nameservers question

hi , i have a domain name (gymdex.com) ,and a hosting account with vodahost wen i try to publish with voda it ask for the ip, user name ,and passw but i tryd all user name and passw that i have and i still cant connect it says that i dont have the right user name or passw ,

:)did u guys forget to give one:P

hlp please the boss wants it on the net tomorow

Submit a support ticket and mark it priority or urgent (whichever option they give you). We can't help you from here.

Are you using the right IP address to publish to? If you don't see the right IP in the drop down menu, redownload BV (it won't lose anything) then check again and it should be there. Then use the user name and password you were given in your welcome email also.

thx guys i dint have the email with ip i needed , but i received it this morning .

i publish it but now i dont see it on the web what did i forget to do ?

no its not i rigisterd the domain name tusday , and i publish it this morning and its not showing up,i had a problem with the one i had before witch was (lamidex.selfip.net) , so i got a new one with voda host (gymdex.com)

no that is the default page that comes up before you take control of your domain name.
Did you publish it as instructed in the tutorials? - using index as a name, lowercase and no spaces, and published through the bv webbuilder?

It appears as though your domain is NOT pointed to your VH account yet. If this is a domain name that you got for free with your account, then it is simply a DNS propagation issue. It could take 24 - 48 hrs. From Whois i understand that this is on VodaHostdomains.com so you need to enter your vodahostdomains.com control panel and change the nameservers to point to your account nameservers. Also, you need to add it as addon domain in your VH control panel.

ok i went to VodaHostdomains.com but i cant log in , is it not the same passw and user name as the master passw and user name then vh???

No, if you don't know them, just enter your email address, and click on Forgot password, it will be emailed to you.

And you need to add it as addon. If it doesn't allow you, please submit a support ticket.

ok im in , but i cant find where to change the nameservers to point where

its supposed to , everywhere i look and type de domain it says "Domain is

already registered within this site"

im a bit depress cuz i still dont know how to change the nameservers to

point to my account nameservers, i have been looking at the control panel

in vodahostdomain.com but i cant see it , (i know its prob right in front of me )

so if u guys have a min , i could use some help
