Multiple domains, multiple hosting

I have multiple domains, cateredvibes.com and cateredvibesdjs.com, with multiple hosting services. I wanted each site to be independent of each other and not as a add-on. I'm having trouble getting cateredvibesdjs.com to show up on the web. I have downloaded the new BV Builder, published files, and have access to its own control panel. I can even view the files in file manager but cannot view the site on the web. I even submitted a support ticket with no help from them. Can anyone help me?

Have you made sure that you are publishing these to the right ip address? Since you have multiple hosting services - you should have a completely separate welcome letter for this account with all the information. And have you published the home page as index?

I'm sure this all is very basic, but without you giving more information, we have to start with the basics.

Look at the "Attention!!!" section. Why are those DNS different from my IP address. When I pushblish it is to my IP address but the numbers in my the attention section are different. Is this right.
When I publish, it is to www.cateredvibesdjs.com/index.html. I checked my files and it is there but not on the web.

Am I making this more difficult than it really is?

According to my cpanel under network tools, cateredvibes.com and cateredvibesdjs.com have the same IP address. How do I change that?

Question nr 1: the IP address yof your account and the IP address of the VodaHost nameservers (those under the "Attention" section) HAVE to be different. The late ones are the NAMESERVERS IP addresses, and are only included in your email, for use with some old fashioned Control panels, in use in the past, where if a user wanted to change his nameservers, it was not enough to procide the nameservers (ns23.vodahost.com and ns24.vodahost.com) but also had to provide the IP address of these nameservers.

This is NOT your case, your accounts are already pointed straight on your VH accounts. So, just ignore them.

Q2. Your two domains are both hosted on the same server. Many other accounts are also on the same servers. They all have the same IP address. Why should you want to change that ?

If I have both sites on the same IP address that fine. I just want to be able to view my new site on the web and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Can you help?

I can see your site through your direct IP address: click on http://www.voda13.com/~ipatqikt

But i can't see it as http://www.cateredvibesdjs.com/ as it only shows your public_html folder content. So, i can just make suppositions. If you wish, send me your loggin details and i will have a look.
