i have before a host and they give me a domain like mydomain.net but is register on him name, so how can i get this domain back, i mean the vodahost can do that for me, contact other host and thansfer the domain again for me?

After you join VodaHost. You should be able to easily transfer your domain with a simple transfer request and if they are honest people they will release it to you. But if they don't There is nothing we can do. We do not have any control over the actions of other companies.
