I purchase www.me-shon-fashions.com from you last week receiving a positive response from you on the 14th. Please advise me regarding the use of my domain name. The existing www.me-shon-fashions.com is not my web site. I am still in the process of building my web pages. How can someone take what I already purchased?

You are seeking a "parking" page......as soon as you publish the first page of your website (the index page) accordingly, it will then display your own webpage instead of a temporary one as it does now.

I would ask support to check your domain server ..

You did not purchase web hosting, all you did was purchase a domain name. You can login to your vbs and point it to any web hosting server you desire.

Can I have a dummies answer to this.

1. I own an account and other subdomains (I think I have just forgot how this works.)

2. I have entered this domain as a subdomain on cpanel..and it appears in ftp.

3. I have published...with index and public_html/eddygarza.

But, still this page appears and not my own.

well i already purchased web hosting and i already published my index page.It still has somebodys page on it.How can i fix it.

You will need to point your domain to voda servers .. if you purchased your domain name with voda host, log into your vbs billing and change the name servers of this domain to match those in the welcome email you have received from voda host (should look like ns.??vodahost.com) ... if you purchased your domain elsewhere and have voda hosting, you will need to go to where you purchased your domain and point this domain to your two voda servers ...

I don't know what to go on to change the servers.Can you please direct me.

In your welcome email from Voda Hosting, the one that lists your username, password, publishing ip, and more (the one entitled, log in information) this email has on it, two domain name servers, these are the servers that you will need to point your domain to.

You can find your vbs (voda billing service) at the bottom of that same email, this is where you log in to make this change of servers to your domain ...

They do point to my domain...I don't know whats going on.

I have looked and your domain is not pointing to voda host servers ...

You will need to do what has been suggested above ...

If you are unable to accomplish this, please submit a support ticket and ask voda support staff if they would go in and point your domain to your voda servers.
