Thread: site is parked

Hi All

I have been developing a website for a group of friends, and as I went to look for it about 5 minutes ago, I got a parked page?!?!

It was there a few hours ago, does anyone know what happened, or can anyone check it out to make sure that everything is functioning ok?

I logged into cPanel, and the servers are up, and I have received no email stating otherwise....I am still new to this, so any help is greatly appreciated.

seems to be working now.

I just checked it again and got the same "parked" page that is not my site.....

Well whomever owns the site used bv to build it.

Any thoughts on why I cannot see it? I tried republishing, dumped the cache and refreshed the browser about a million times. Even after republishing, I am getting the smiling girl with a backpack and lots of links on the left relating to "virginia"

I did use BV to build the site, and I haven't had any problems like this before, so I am pretty confused.

Get a cleanup program, run that and reboot..

Reboot the computer//

I appreciate all the help, guys.

I just pulled out my laptop, which is running on wireless, and does not have the BV website builder on it (have never worked on pages on it) and I am still getting the same parked page.

I rebooted, I ran the registry cleaner and rebooted again....and it is gone from my machine, it will not show up. This is very frustrating. Any more ideas?
