Thread: domain question

Hi all,

I am trying to publish my page and get the message that the pasword is incorect.I changed my password in cpannel and tried to publish with the new password.I still wont publish? I then downloaded and reinstalled Blue Voda but I still get the message "invalid password"

does anybody know what I am doing wrong?

Ok I did not change the ip to the correct one in the email I got, so now I get the message "succesfully puplished" but when I enter my url www.saloans.com there is a website about salons that is not mine?
is it suppose to be like that? Will my site come up or not? I dont now if this is normal or not.

Hi, have you pointed your domain at the Vodahost servers. At the moment the domain is pointing to the server bellow.

NS1.CNCHOST.COM 207.155.248.30
NS2.CNCHOST.COM 207.155.252.30

I looked in the control panel...I dont have a clue how to point my domain to Voda Host Servers? Can you please help me!?

Hi Jaco

You will need to log into your domain name registrar and make these changes .. they cannot be done in your control panel .. so you go to where you have purchased and make these changes on that end.
You will apply the two name servers given to you in your log in information when you remove the name servers that are showing now ...
