You will need to be able to log in as admin at your current domain registrar and accept an email for transfer as well, so your email will need to be listed, if this is in the name of someone else, you will need to contact this person to have this done and might consider having the domain put in your name at the same time as well with approval from them. If it is your's and you registered this domain, then you will have all the information that you need.
