I have been trying for close to 2 weeks now to transfer my domain from Verve hosting to Voda. I believe i have done everything correctly on my end. The problem is that i never receive the confirmation email. I have all mail filters turned off. Voda support keeps claiming the confirmation .email was sent but i never received it. We have made 3 seperate attempts with the same results. I am using a new email address for Voda which is different from the one i use with Verve. Could that be the cause? Could someone please give this the personal attention to see this transfer through. Thanks, Jeff www.neighborhoodirrigation.net |
