How do I find out the correct ip address to transfer it to so my web site will publish?

You look at the email that was sent to you when you signed up, which you have still.... don't you???

I looked at all the emails I got not one had a server name or number all I have is the domain name "fredfuson.com

Yes, it looks as if he has an account. He will either have to find his welcome email or submit a support ticket to get the info sent again.

You have titled your page "indes" ???
