I have a few domain name with yahoo since some of them are due for renew in july,i will like to transfer them to vodahost.
1) how i do that
2) how much is per year per domain it's 19.95$

To make the transfer easier I would suggest you submit a support ticket and request VodaHost to transfer the domain for you.

When I did it, the 1st transfer is free.
The 2nd and subsequent domains, the charge is in the form a one year extension fee for your domain names.

I.e. if your domains is valid till Dec 2008, VH will charge you and extend your domain expiry till Dec 2009. [There are no other fees]
domain registration by another year
