Thread: Domain Assistance

My domain is not working. As my domain expired on 18/06 and voda account has charged me on 19/06/08 paypal payment is in process. when I try to pay in advance, invoice was not ready. In the invoice last due date is 28/06. But my domain is down without information. . So, I could not browse my site for couple of days. Why this ?

Your EG Tours site is up and running fine, but your .travel domain is not active: I would suggest you return to the Provider you registered "beyondhimalayas.travel" with (there are very few worldwide that Register .TRAVEL domains, and I have no idea who in your part of the world does or who you got them from but it was not VodaHost) to be sure that domain did not expire. If you had simply re-directed the DNS of that domain to a site within your account at VodaHost, that would explain why it is not being found (the site, either direct or re-direct).

PS: You do know that you have linked the .travel domain to 2 different links in your signature, corect?

I suspect the domain did not get renewed on time, and they are expensive little buggers too. I have .travel domains, and they cost me about $100 a year each....

But still www.egtours.com is not working.

Regarding .travel it was parked on egtours.com but recently it's registration is expired so not working but how come www.egtours.com also not working ?

Try refreshing your browser or something, because WE can see it live....

thank you for your help. but thing is I could not log in any of following from my computer.

www.egtours.com/webmail
www.egtours.com/cpanel
www.egtours.com/sohoadmin
www.egtours.com can not see

instead, I can log in to Cpanel webmail via vodahost.com

also I can not download message in outlook express.

Submit a Support Ticket .... I need to get at least 2 hours sleep! Hope it works out for you soon....
