Hi

I need some help with DNS.

Before I started using VH I had brought a domain name with another company, I have now joined VH and want to use the domain name I have for my new site - as the main url. I did however take advantage of the free domain name and my site is working fine under the free domain name.

I want to leave the domain name I want to use with the supplier I brought it from, so I have been on their site and changed the name servers (24 hours ago) in their back office.

Can anyone tell me if I need to do anything else to get the site working under that domain name, surely I need to tell VH to do something with the name - I've read the help but can't see if I need to do anything else.

All help is greatly appreciated.

You need to add the name as an add on domain in your control panel.

I've worked it out, now all I need to do is to delete all the pages I uploaded yesterday as I now have two identical sites and don't want to get into trouble with the Google Police for duplicate content!
