Thread: Add-on Domain

I am trying to set up an add-on domain to my account (southerncustomgraphics.com). Whenever I try to add it, I am getting the following message:

"Sorry, you are not allowed to add any more than (0) addon domains! The domain below was not setup!"

I just changed the nameservers to point to the vodahost server, is that why it's not working, or do I have to get support to add it to my account?

did you ad it on in cpanel as a a on domain. Or are you just trying to publish it an how are you publishing it public_html/addondomain.com
